Hokies Basketball Ticket Info
The Virginia Tech Hokies have compiled an impressive streak of four straight tournament appearances, however it should be noted that those are in the NIT and not the NCAA Tournament. Even so, the Hokies appear to be on the upswing and this could be the season they make it back to the Big Dance for the first time since 2007. Despite winning 25 and 22 games in the past two seasons, as well as posting a winning conference record, the Hokies were almost inexplicably left out of the NCAA Tourney. But if they can earn one or two more big wins this season then that should change. Show your support for them with Virginia Tech basketball tickets for any game this season.
Of course the biggest highlight of last season for the Hokies was their incredible upset of the #1 ranked Duke Blue Devils at Cassell Coliseum. While that game probably put them on the right side of the bubble to make it into the NCAA Tournament, a pair of losses to Boston College and Clemson ultimately burst that bubble. But with that as a learning experience, this young team should be more consistent this season and should be joining in on the March Madness. No matter what game you want to see on the Virginia Tech Hokies basketball schedule, GoTickets will have the right tickets for you. We should also be your first choice when it comes to ACC Tournament tickets and NCAA Tournament tickets.
Coach Seth Greenberg enters the season with a career record of 151-103 at Virginia Tech, which is more than respectable at a school that only had minimal success on the court before his arrival. While it might be a longshot to say that the Hokies could win the ACC title this year (they haven’t won a conference crown since 1996), they certainly should be a contender. And while Cassell Coliseum is neither the biggest or newest arena in the conference, it can be tremendously loud for big games and it’s a great place to experience college basketball.
