Neil Simon Theatre tickets have synonymous with the New York City theatre and arts scene for more than 20 years. Longtime Neil Simon Theatre ticket holders might remember this historic venue as the Alvin Theatre. Located in the heart of Broadway at 250 West 52nd Street in Manhattan, this historic and beautiful theatre was the work of architect Herbert J. Krapp. The theatre opened in 1927 and debuted with a remarkable production of “Funny Face,” George and Ira Gershwin’s hysterical comedy, which starred Fred and Adele Astaire and opened on Nov. 22, 1927. But “Funny Face” was just the first of many historic productions that premiered at the Neil Simon Theatre.

Ethel Merman and Ginger Rogers delighted the crowd in 1930 with “Girl Crazy. The sixties Neil Simon Theatre productions of “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum,” and “Rosencrantz & Guildenstem Are Dead.” The seventies brought “Company,” and the cult musical, “Annie.”

Neil Simon Theatre tickets keep delivering historic musicals and plays. It is currently home to Big Fish based on the 2003 motion-picture by the same name. The theatre seats more than 1,300 spectators with some of the best viewing spots located in the front mezzanine and near the orchestra in rows C through K. With your Neil Simon Theatre tickets in hand, simply take one of the many trains in Manhattan that will get you down to Broadway Street and get read for a magical night, enjoying some of the best theatre productions Manhattan has to offer.
