New Jersey Performing Arts Center

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center is a rarity. A public building erected to enhance the cultural life of a city that has done just that. Built amid strong debate about it’s value the New Jersey Performing Arts Center has become a focal point for the theatrical life of New jersey by bringing in concerts, theater, and other cultural events in a steady stream.

Seating in New jersey Performing Arts Center

The New Jersey Performing Arts Center offers seating in two theaters. Prudential Hall has a seating chart of 2,750 and is used primarily for concerts. It’s constructed in a u-shape and offers seats on four different levels. The interior is enhanced by warm lighting that sets off the gold and red interior. Attractive and functional the Prudential Hall has received rave reviews from critics and patrons alike.

The Victoria Theater is smaller, with a seating chart of 540. Decorated in light hues of gray, the seats are of lush fabric and set off the interior with alternating shades of green and burgundy. For the smaller and more intimate shows Victoria Theater offers the perfect setting.

Seating in the New Jersey Performing Arts Center can mean anything from the gentle strains of the New York Philharmonic to the ragged poetry of Bob Dylan to the comic relief of Steve Harvey. True to its purpose, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center offers a rainbow of artistic performances for every taste.
