Events at UIC Pavilion
The 7,500-seat UIC Pavilion, located on the campus of the University of Illinois at Chicago, is home to the school’s basketball team as well as concerts and other entertainment. Since opening in 1982, the arena has featured concerts by REM, U2, Van Halen, The Grateful Dead and Madonna. And in 2012, the UIC Pavilion will become the home of Chicago’s new WNBA franchise.
