The Steppenwolf Theatre Company presents shows on three stages - the 515-seat Downstairs Theatre, 250-seat Upstairs Theatre and the intimate Garage Theatre. The company was founded in 1976 and now includes an ensemble of 35 artists including Gary Cole (Office Space), Laurie Metcalf (Roseanne), Gary Sinise (Forrest Gump) and Academy Award nominee John Malkovich.
