Originally opened in 1929 as the Fox Theatre, Copley Symphony Hall is home to the San Diego Symphony and a variety of other concerts and events. The hall features an enormous pipe organ that is built into five walled chambers and was recently restored to its original splendor. The San Diego Symphony is approaching its 100th birthday and is renowned as one of the leading orchestras in the nation.
