Based on the hit Disney movie, Tarzan the Broadway Musical tells the tale of an infant whose parents died in the African jungle, leaving him to be raised by gorillas until a visitor from civilization named Jane discovers him, and he discovers his true roots and his attraction to her.

Directed by Tony Award winner Bob Crowley, Tarzan will feature an expanded score by Phil Collins, who earned Oscar and Grammy Awards for the music in the movie including the hits "You'll Be in My Heart" and "Two Worlds." This will be Collins' first crack at a Broadway show, and the score includes eight new songs that weren't in the movie.
