More About a Steady Rain

James Bond meet Wolverine. Daniel Craig and Hugh Jackman are combining for the most macho Broadway show in recent memory, A Steady Rain. In recent years, Daniel Craig has played the ever so famous James Bond in recent films such as Casino Royale and Quantum Solace. These two films are among the highest grossing films of all time, and you definitely don’t want to miss Daniel Craig’s New York stage debut on Broadway! He started off with theater in London, but hasn’t been on stage in several years. A Steady Rain is a must see Broadway Play this year.

Hugh Jackman will be playing the other Chicago cop, Craig’s best friend. Jackman is best known for his Tony Award in 2004 for his role as Peter Allen in the Broadway show The Boy From Oz. This show grossed over $1 Million a week, and Jackman became the most sought-after leading man in the theater, though he’s turned down every offer to star in another show until now. Theater sources say Craig and Jackman have the potential to match Broadway’s biggest box- office champ, Julia Roberts, who sold over $10 million worth of tickets in just 12 weeks in the play “Three Days of Rain” in 2006. A Steady Rain is a must see show and not one you’d want to miss. Gotickets.com has seats to every one of the high demand shows at Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre, but you better get them soon because this is not a show that you or any Broadway lover would want to miss.
