This will mark the 19th season for the Ottawa Senators (although they have been around for 20 years when you count the lost season because of the NHL lockout), and the team has certainly come a long way since it entered the NHL as an expansion franchise in ’92-’93. That team won a grand total of 10 games for the entire season, and they didn’t get much better the next year with just 14 victories. In fact, for their first four seasons they were epically bad, but since then they have become one of the NHL’s best teams and have made the playoffs in 12 of the last 14 seasons, highlighted by an appearance in the Stanley Cup Finals a few seasons ago. The fan support has always been strong in Ottawa, and that can make Senators hockey tickets hard to find. But at GoTickets, we always have Ottawa Senators tickets, even for sold out games.

Unfortunately the two times the Senators have missed the playoffs have come over the past three seasons, as the Ottawa Senators roster has undergone a transformation that is focused on youth and rebuilding. The team will have a new coach this season in Paul MacLean, a former 40-goal scorer for the Winnipeg Jets, Detroit Red Wings and St. Louis Blues, and an assistant coach with the Red Wings when they won the Stanley Cup in ’07-’08. This will be his first shot at a head coaching job, but it looks like he just might be the man for the job. If you want to be there at Scotiabank Place for any game on the Ottawa Senators schedule, we have your tickets.

Of course the most coveted Ottawa Senators tickets this season will be for the NHL All-Star Game in January. This will mark the first time the game has come to Ottawa, and you can bet that NHL All-Star Game tickets will be in high demand. You can also bet that GoTickets will have the biggest selection and best prices, not just for the NHL All-Star Game, but also for every other Ottawa Senators game this season.
