The Chicago Blackhawks look to be building a dynasty in the Windy City. They were one of the most dominant teams in the NHL throughout the regular season and that translated into the franchise’s second Stanley Cup Championship in four years. They finished a dominant 36-7-5 in the regular season, dominating the Western Conference throughout the lockout shortened 2012-2013 season. Led by stars like Jonathan Towes, Duncan Keith, and Patrick Sharp, the Blackhawks brought another Cup back to Chi Town.

As the Blackhawks entered the 2013 NHL Playoffs they were looked at by experts as the odds on favorites to hoist the Stanley Cup. As the one seed, they were matched up with the Western Conference’s last team in the playoffs, the Minnesota Wild. The Hawks took down the Wild in just five games and moved on to face the Red Wings. Detroit gave the Blackhawks a bit more trouble, forcing a decisive seventh game. Chicago was able to hold off a feisty Detroit team, 2-1 in OT. The Blackhawks were then matched up with the previous season’s Stanley Cup Champs, the LA Kings. Chicago had little trouble with the defending champions, defeating them in just five games.

Chicago knew that they would have their hands full with the Boston Bruins when the Stanley Cup Finals began. The B’s were the hottest hockey team on the planet when the Cup started. In Game 6, with under two minutes remaining, the Bruins held a 2-1 lead and the Cup looked like it was headed for a seventh game. That was not the case, as the Blackhawks stunned everyone and scored two goals in just seventeen seconds, shocking Bruins fans and giving Chicagoans their second Stanley Cup title in four seasons.

Now the only question is: Can the Blackhawks repeat? Check out our complete selection of Chicago Blackhawks tickets and find out. Whether you want to check out a regular season game or you’re looking to see the Blackhawks in the playoffs, at GoTickets we have a great selection of Chicago Blackhawks tickets for all fans. Don’t wait, check out the Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks this season!

The Hawks’ defensive woes carried over with them into the first round of the playoffs, where an epically brutal bout with the Coyotes that left players suspended and badly injured saw the Hawks get knocked out in six games when they simply couldn’t overcome the ‘Yotes forwards and failed to reach their goal of the Stanley Cup Finals. The Hawks are confident in their lineup, however, and the new season at United Center will see only a few key defensive additions. Those that love the old school, fast-paced high scoring style of hockey will want to snatch the always coveted Chicago Blackhawks tickets fast, as this team is looking for their second Stanley Cup in four years.
