Unfortunately for Jags fans, last season was one they’d like to soon forget. The team managed just two wins and received the second overall overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft. They selected OT Luke Joeckel from Texas A&M with their number one selection, which should help anchor their offensive line for years to come. Its uncertain whether former first rounder Blaine Gabbert or veteran Chad Henne will be under center when week one rolls around but Jags fans have to believe that this year will be better than last.

This year’s Jacksonville Jaguars schedule at EverBank Field will be played under second year head coach Mike Mularkey, who enjoyed a long career in the NFL as a tight end with the Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers. As a coach, Mularkey enjoyed success on the staff of the Buccaneers, Steelers, Dolphins and Falcons, as well as two years as the head coach of the Bills. Now he’s getting a second chance as a head coach, and he’s got a young Jacksonville Jaguars roster with which to work. He’ll need to get every bit of talent he can out of it as the Jags will host the San Diego Chargers, San Francisco 49ers, and Arizona Cardinals, in addition to tough divisional games against the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts. Get your Jacksonville Jaguars tickets right now for all the games you want to see.

The Jags also have a new owner in place for this season and that will help secure their future in Florida and also give them the resources to go after some free agents. This could be the start of a big turnaround Jacksonville, so make sure you get your Jaguars football tickets early this season.
