Charlotte Bobcats Tickets

Since returning to Charlotte the Bobcats have been nothing short of disappointing. Despite being owned by the league’s greatest player, Michael Jordan, Charlotte’s NBA franchise has not been able to experience any really significant success. The city will have to wait one more season, per league rules, before changing back to the Charlotte Hornets. In the meantime, the Bobcats will have to continue to develop their young players and hope that they can turn things around in the near future.

Last season the Bobcats finished a dismal 21-61 which placed them 14th in the Eastern Conference. Despite doubling the win total for the Bobcats, head coach Mike Dunlap was relieved of his duties at season’s end. The Bobcats’ front office hired Steve Clifford, who will be the team’s 6th coach since 2007. Clifford has made his rounds in the coaching world, working for the Knicks, Rockets, Magic, and Lakers before being hired in Charlotte as head coach. Jordan and company feel that they’ve finally got the right man in place for the Bobcats.
