Linda Ronstadt started her career with a group called the Stone Poneys in the middle of the 1960’s but, they quickly broke up and Linda Ronstadt has gone on to bigger and better things. Credited with being the first female to release an alt-country album Linda Ronstadt found success as a solo artist through the seventies and became a pop superstar in the eighties. With a career spanning over forty years, Linda Rondstadt is one the most remarkable women to surive the music business.
