Order Journey tickets now for the 2013 concert season. It’s hard to believe 30 years ago, Journey was selling concert tickets as a jazz-rock band, while releasing their first, self-titled, LP. Today, they’re still together playing shows to adoring fans that sing along with every song. The newest tour has been dubbed by the band, “The concert that takes you back”¦ and into the future,” making for a very attractive concert ticket.
Journey concert tickets have always been popular even though the band has had its ups and downs over the years. Nonetheless, they still managed to produce multi-platinum albums and a string of top 10 hits, including, “Open Arms,” “Don’t Stop Believin’,” and “Separate Ways.” The band promises that the latest tour will feature songs from their entire catalog, including pre-and pro-Steve Perry days.
Alas, Steve Perry is no longer with the band, but capable frontman, Steve Augeri has been leading the vocals for the past nine years, and is featured on the band’s latest album, Generations.
Generations is said to be a retro-record for journey. Fans will find harmony and melody, along with power ballads, but the album will be more guitar-driven than previous works.
