About Guns N’ Roses
Guns and Roses appeared on the music scene in 1985 and have since sold more then 100 millions album worldwide. The 80’s were all about hair bands and Guns N’ Roses delivered on the persona of sex, drugs and rock n roll. Their debut album Appetite for Destruction was number one on the billboards and produced several hit songs including the infamous Sweet Child o’ Mine, Paradise City & Welcome to the Jungle.
Guns N’ Roses original members consisted of Axl Rose on vocals, Izzy Stradlin on rhythm guitar, Tracii Guns on lead guitar, Ole Beich on bass, and Rob Gardner on drums. Not long after creation Duff McKagen replaced Beich and Slash replaced Guns. Guns and Roses has toured with the likes of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, KISS, Iron Maiden, and Metallica establishing themselves as rock gods. Guns N’ Roses concert tickets were a must have.
But many ups and downs have been experienced by Guns N’ Roses over the years, giving the men the bad boy image of metal rockers.
