Arguably, Elton John tickets are one of the hottest concert tickets. Elton John is one of the most successful contemporary pop musicians ever. Performing with a legendary flamboyance, Elton John sparked audiences on both sides of the Atlantic for several decades. From 1970 to 1996 Elton John charted at least one Top 40 single every year. A success that puts him in small company.

Elton John paired up early in life with songwriter, Bernie Taupin, and together the two produced hit after hit, with favorites such as, “Rocket Man”, “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down On Me”, “Bennie and the Jets”, and “Philadelphia Freedom” to name a few, a very few. The two combined to release Honky Chateau, Elton John’s breakthrough album, which started a string of seven consecutive number one albums.

Unfortunately, like most successful musicians, Elton John fought turmoil, addiction, and exhaustion. In-house fights with Taupin, forced the two to separate for a while leaving Elton John without a creative outlet.

Then MTV burst onto the scene giving Elton John a vehicle for his creative flair, which started a resurgence of hits, plus the reconciliation with Taupin, to produce another successful string of Top 20 hits. Then Elton John collaborated with Tim Rice to produce the Oscar winning song, “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” for the Lion King soundtrack.
