Sports lovers seeking good times in Chicago have an almost overwhelming choice of sports tickets. The Windy City has representation among all the biggest sports leagues in the United States. The Chicago Bears arrived in 1921 among the earliest of NFL franchises. During their tenure in Chicago the Bears have won an NFL Championship nine times, including a win in Super Bowl XX. Playing in the intimidating confines of Soldier Field, the Chicago Bears have a reputation as one of the better defensive teams in the NFL, and the fans in Soldier Field have been known to be a bit rambunctious with visitors. You can get Bears tickets for all regular season home and away games as well as Playoff games Super Bowl tickets. As for the NBA, everyone is familiar with the Chicago Bulls history, as Michael Jordan and company dominated the league for years. The Bulls have been in a rebuilding mode for the last few years, but fans still fill the United Center for every home game. NHL fans won’t be left out in the cold either. The Boston Bruins keep the tradition of ice hockey alive in TD Banknorth Gardens, otherwise known as The Fleet Center. Finally, NASCAR comes to town every year as the Chicagoland Speedway hosts the USG Sheetrock 400 in nearby Joliet.

The large population and central location make Chicago accessible to touring musicians and a favored location for the biggest acts in music. With venues ranging from Soldier Field to smaller music sites such as Grant Park, you’ll find rock, blues, and jazz in abundance. Classical concert music is found in Symphony Center, The Civic Opera House, and Harris Theater. Soldier Field will make room for the enormous stage that Bono and company bring in July as people scramble for U2 tickets. Theater Events in Chicago
Chicago theater is world renowned. You’ll find a variety of shows and plays, many coming directly from long stints on Broadway. The Ford Center for the Performing Arts offers a regular schedule of live performances, as do both the Cadillac Palace Theatre and the Drury Lane Theater. Other smaller theater venues are thriving. Chicago theater tickets may be just the right way to catch the next off-Broadway production before the rest of the crowd.
