Originally playing home game sin Sun Devil Stadium, the Cardinals now occupy University of Phoenix Stadium, and ultra-modern facility built specifically for football. Play your cards right and you can see college football’s Fiesta Bowl, or even a BCS National Championship Game in University of Phoenix Stadium. The inaugural year of this facility was topped off in grand fashion by hosting Super Bowl XLII in January, 2008.

Phoenix Suns – Playing in U.S Airways Arena, the Phoenix Suns have made 28 NBA Playoff appearances since 1970.

Arizona Diamondbacks – Phoenix joined Major League baseball with the arrival of the Diamondbacks in Chase Field in 1998. It wasn’t long before the Diamondbacks gave Phoenix their first championship, winning the World Series in 2001.

Phoenix International Raceway – NASCAR comes to Phoenix twice a year with Sprint Cup racing. The Subway Fresh Fit 500 and the Checker Auto Parts 500, along with Nationwide and Craftsman Truck competition, make Phoenix International Raceway a natural for sports fans.

Phoenix is one of the larger cities in the U.S. and brings in all the big shows.
